A long term Central Florida resident, originally from West Bloomfield, Michigan, Jane Figa-Kennedy grew up in a house from the 1800’s as her family purchased a farm in the 1930’s while owning land and businesses. She spent her childhood working in the family businesses and modeling the behavior of her father, a WWII veteran, demonstrated as he worked 12-16 hour days. 

Jane comes to Watson with an extensive background in Financial Analysis, Human Resources Development, and Hospitality Management & Training.  She holds a Bachelors in Finance & Accounting and a Masters in Human Resources Development. 

Her experience as a Junior Credit Analyst with Michigan National Bank and as a Financial Analyst with Northpoint Financial, while performing real estate, stock and estate valuations, adds to her expertise.  Within the analyst role, she helped set up a 401(k) plan and brought technology and training to businesses.  She had many leadership roles within food & beverage at Walt Disney World and loves helping others make their dreams come true.

As a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church & School, she has filled her time pursuing excellence as a mother, volunteer, and church worker.  Her thirst for knowledge and continual growth makes her a great partner who puts her customers’ needs first and helps them navigate the real estate process based on a results oriented approach using sound comprehensive information.
